Scope and controller

This page concerns browsing the public website, preparing a demo request and using the support form. Application assessments, accounts, results and parental links require information specific to their own processing.

The controller’s identity and contact details must be supplied alongside the publisher’s. The assessing organisation’s responsibilities and Koralink’s responsibilities must be defined in their agreement.

Your demo request

The form uses the name, organisation, role, intended use and message you enter to prepare an email to [email protected] in your email app. This form does not submit these details to a server.

Sending remains your action. If email is disabled in a demonstration configuration, you can download a local draft. Do not include assessment answers, identifiable results or sensitive data in a demo request.

The help centre’s support form is separate: it submits the subject, message and your reply email address to the contact service. It does not create a discussion thread or message history in the platform.

Proposed purposes and legal bases

Proposal: use the request only to respond and arrange the demonstration. The appropriate basis depends on the relationship: pre-contractual steps requested by the person, or a legitimate interest in answering a professional enquiry.

This form does not create an advertising subscription. Separate prospecting must have its own information and legal basis.

Proposed retention

Proposal for approval: delete unanswered or concluded enquiries no later than twelve months after the last exchange. A subsequent contractual relationship requires separately documented periods and applicable legal obligations.

Downloaded drafts remain under your control and can be deleted from your device. Technical log and backup retention must be specified with the hosting provider before deployment.

Recipients and transfers

Proposal: restrict requests to authorised staff and providers needed to deliver them. Providers, processing locations and any transfers outside the European Economic Area remain to be checked; no location is presumed.

Preferences and measurement

The site keeps a theme preference on the device and expresses the selected language in the URL. Hosting logs must be described separately.

Any enabled audience measurement must be documented before collection: purpose, data, legal basis and retention. This draft does not authorise advertising trackers.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions applicable to each processing activity, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Consent can be withdrawn when it is the basis for processing.

For enquiries about your data, you can write to [email protected]. If the GDPR applies, you may complain to the competent supervisory authority, including the CNIL in France. Publisher identification and a usable contact are required before publication.
