Purpose and scope
This website presents Koralink, a skills assessment platform. Depending on their role and access rights, application users can access the catalogue, assessments, results and management functions.
Examples and demonstration data explain how the product works; they are not assessment offers or evidence of qualification.
Access and accounts
Public pages can be viewed without an account. Personal functions require authentication and the permissions applicable to their scope.
People use their own accounts and protect their authentication methods. Parents or guardians use their own accounts within the scope of their linked candidates.
Assessments and attempts
The organisation defines the assessment and its rules: opening window, duration, access rights and payment responsibility. Candidates must read them before taking the assessment.
Taking assessments offline requires prior downloading and later resynchronisation. Leaving the screen does not by itself cancel an attempt; its rules continue to apply.
Results and certificates
Results must be interpreted with their reference framework and calculation rules. A score or skills profile alone is not an admission or recruitment decision, or a qualification recognised by a third-party body.
An issued certificate can be checked using its code. Verification does not turn certification preparation into official certification by an external body.
Credits and purchases
One credit funds one access right. Payment responsibility is defined for each assessment; merely browsing the website creates no paid subscription.
Applicable prices, taxes, payment methods, expiry, refund and withdrawal provisions must appear in approved commercial terms before any purchase. Provisional pricing is not contractual.
Permitted use
Content must be used within the rights granted. Impersonation, assessment fraud, access to another party’s restricted scope and unauthorised disclosure of expected answers are not permitted.
Assisted generation remains subject to evaluator review. Reporting and appeal mechanisms do not waive the organisation’s rules.
Availability and assistance
Service status can be checked on the public website. Maintenance or interruptions may affect functions; this draft promises no permanent availability.
The help centre provides service and contact information. Assessment enquiries should identify the necessary context without disclosing answers or unnecessary personal data.
Updates and legal framework
An approved version must be dated and accessible. Changes affecting existing commitments require appropriate notice.
Applicable law, dispute handling and any mediation arrangements must be determined according to the publisher’s establishment and users concerned. No waiver of users’ mandatory rights is proposed.
